Not every role on a production is in front of the camera. Some of the most important work happens behind it.

For Hello Bello's TV commercial and photo shoot, our role was on the ground. Behind the scenes, coordinating the moving pieces that keep a production day running the way it is supposed to.

Shoot days are organized chaos at the best of times. There are vendors, talent, creative teams, and brand stakeholders all operating at the same time with the same deadline. Someone has to hold the thread.

Managing the flow of the day, making sure the right assets were in the right place, and keeping communication clean between the production team and the brand. When something shifted, we adjusted. That is the job.

Asset Coordination and Delivery

Once the shoot wrapped, the work was not done. Asset management after a production is its own discipline. Raw files, selects, edited deliverables, format variations for different channels. All of it has to be organized, labeled, and handed off in a way that the marketing team can actually use.

We built the delivery structure and made sure everything landed cleanly. No chasing files. No confusion about what version was final. Just a clean handoff that let the team move fast.
